On August 14 in Kaliningrad, on the island of Kant, the International Festival of World Cultures "The territory of peace" starts.

This year the festival is held for the third time. It will be attended by over a thousand actors and artists, professional and amateur creative groups from five foreign countries – Armenia, Spain, Netherlands, Ukraine and Japan.

At the fair of folk arts "The City of Masters" that will operate throughout all days of the festival 25 artists from 11 regions of Russia, Belarus, Lithuania, Poland, Germany, Netherlands and France will present their stands. To the guests and participants of the fair master classes, rides, games and folk entertainments will be offered, too.

On the final day of the festival, August 17, at the main stage traditional international singing competition "The Song of Peace" will take place.
